Growing Our Own: Welcoming Shathisvaran as Engineering & Training Manager

We are proud to announce the promotion of Shathisvaran Muthalagau to Engineering & Training Manager at Ezra & Macquarie Group.

Since joining us as Engineering Technical Lead in September 2025, Shathisvaran has brought exceptional technical rigour, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for developing the people around him. His background spans over a decade of engineering experience across the energy and medical manufacturing sectors, complemented by his credentials as an HRDC Accredited Trainer.

In his new role, Shathisvaran will lead both our engineering operations and the continuous development of our technical competencies — a dual mandate that reflects exactly where we are headed as a firm.
