Ezra & Macquarie is pleased to announce the appointment of Thiwakaran Muagan as Chief Growth Officer, effective 6 July 2026. In this role, Thiwa will lead growth strategy across the group, spanning Ezra & Macquarie Malaysia, Envirotec Controls (Asia Pacific), and ApexOne.
Thiwa joins the firm with more than a decade of experience in strategic growth and international market expansion. Over the course of his career, he has developed, led, and supported more than 30 international sales and distribution networks across 25 countries, strengthening market presence and forging partnerships across diverse regions and industries.
His approach is grounded in a simple conviction: that growth is built deliberately. He is known for aligning commercial and brand strategy, translating market insight into action, and building the kind of cross-border relationships that open new opportunities. It is a discipline he has honed in complex, fast-moving markets, and one he now brings to Ezra & Macquarie Malaysia at a pivotal moment in the group's growth.
As Chief Growth Officer, Thiwa will be responsible for shaping and executing the group's growth strategy, driving market expansion and revenue across all business units, and strengthening the partnerships and brand that underpin the firm's ambitions.
