Acquisition of RealSafe Training Centre

A new chapter for Ezra & Macquarie Group.

We are pleased to announce our recent 50% acquisition of RealSafe Training Centre, an upcoming Safety Training Provider.

The move comes at a time of pivotal growth for the Group and marks a significant development in our Solutions Strategy.

Located at 273 Changi Road, RealSafe Training Centre is an Approved Training Institute (ATI) approved and recognised by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), providing training courses like the Hazmat Transport Driver Permit Course, Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Course, Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) Refresher and etc. They are currently pursuing to be an approved training institute under the wings of Singapore Skills Future or SSG to provide safety related training for any individuals or organizations.

RealSafe Training Centre has recently acquired new training grounds in Batam, Indonesia.
This upcoming training grounds would provide space for trainees to undergo Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET), a safety requirement for new personnel in offshore oil and gas industry which includes escaping different types of places on offshore platform, sea survival and firefighting, and also to provide space for trainees to undergo the Basic H2S Course, aimed to provide them with the required knowledge and understanding of the hazards and properties of H2S, competency and appropriate emergency response during a H2S-related incident.
