Inspection & Surveys
As an add-on service to support our technical arm, we provide comprehensive inspections and site surveys services with over a decade of experience for our valued clients in the areas of;
Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)
The world has changed in the wake of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The impact of COVID-19 remains a massive operational challenge even today.
While we continue to face challenges relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, owners may seek to prepare their facilities to meet the needs of the "new norm'.
Asbestos Survey & Inspection
Asbestos and asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) were commonly used in buildings built before 1989.
Exposure to asbestos dust during demolition or renovation of buildings can cause fatal lung diseases like asbestosis, mesothelioma, and lung cancer. The diseases usually take 15-30 years to appear after exposure.
Measures should be taken to prevent exposure to asbestos before any building work is carried out.
Inventory of Hazardous Material (IHM)
IHM (Inventory of Hazardous Materials) provides an inventory of hazardous materials contained in a ship's structure or fittings, together with details of their location and quantities.
We perform the IHM inspection, survey and certification as well as keeping the IHM up to date throughout the ship's life cycle, using state-of-the-art software. Such maintenance of the IHM is mandatory for all ships that carry an IHM.
Our solutions meet every requirement according to IHM needs.
Head Injury Criterion (HIC) Inspection
Safety surfaces play a crucial role in mitigating the risks associated with playground equipment. Where children play, falls are a given. Head Injury Criteria measures the time duration of head deceleration during impact.
